Is Kelly Strategy the same as the Kelly Criterion?
No. Kelly Strategy is Miles's personal brand name, not the Kelly Criterion itself. Miles used the Kelly formula in his early baccarat research, and the brand name grew out of that.
The brand is not the formula itself, and nothing here promises steady profits.
